What it costs, before you call.
You price things for a living, so here are the numbers. One-time build, then a flat monthly for hosting and edits. You own the site either way — the monthly is for keeping it fast and current, not for keeping it switched on.
then $49/mo · 5 pages · about one week
- Positioning call and copy written for you
- Five pages: home, about, services, proof, contact
- Booking wired in
- Schema, sitemap, the technical layer done properly
- 30 minutes of edits a month
then $99/mo · 8–12 pages · about two weeks
- Everything in Starter
- A page per service you actually sell
- Industry pages for the verticals you specialise in
- Your metro page — the search you can realistically win
- Client results assembled and published properly
- 1 hour of edits a month
custom · 12–15 pages · about three weeks
- Everything in Growth
- Multi-partner or multi-office structure
- Deeper content: guides, case studies, a resource library
- Custom scope, quoted after the call
- 2 hours of edits a month
Beyond fifteen pages, additional pages are $497 each. Payment is half at signing and half when the site is delivered for your review — not at launch, so you see the finished thing before the balance is due. Three rounds of revisions are included.
No price published, on purpose.
Not because it is expensive or because we want you on a call before you learn anything. Because the honest scope depends entirely on what your practice does.
A CFO who works with construction companies inside one metro needs a handful of pages that can genuinely rank. A CFO serving SaaS businesses nationally needs something structurally different. Publishing one number for both would mean overcharging one of you.
What we will tell you on the call: exactly which searches we think you can win, which ones we will not chase, and what it costs. If the answer is that search is not worth it for your practice yet, we will say that too.
Ranking guarantees. Nobody can sell you a position, and anyone who does is selling you a number they do not control.
Access to your Google listing. We never ask for it. You get the monthly to-do list and you execute it.
A long lock-in. The build is one-time; the monthly is month to month.
Is it worth it?
You will run this maths faster than we can, so here is the frame we would use.
A fractional CFO engagement at the $1M–$10M revenue tier typically runs a few thousand dollars a month and lasts a year or more. A Growth build is roughly one month of one client. If a better site closes one referral in twelve that would otherwise have drifted, it has paid for itself several times over — and you would never have known which one.
That is also the honest limit of the argument: you cannot measure the referral that quietly went cold. Which is exactly why it stays broken on most sites.
